This beautiful house is situated 2 km outside the medieval town of Oprtalj, in the hamlet of Maršići, on a hill overlooking the river Mirna valley and offers accommodation throughout the year.

Just round the corner there are a bike track and the Istarske toplice Spa, a beautiful resort offering swimming pools and a wellness centre to give you that boost of energy you need and erase all your fatigue away.

If you wish to treat yourselves to a nice truffle dish, the village of Livade – worldwide famous for truffles, is just a few minutes’ drive away.

Izjemna izkušnja, čudovit apartma, prekrasna in mirna okolica ter neverjetno srčni lastniki. ☺Navdušeni smo bili nad lokacijo, čistočo in urejenostjo apartmaja (ambient apartmaja je prekrasen). Prav tako ima apartma čudovit vrt ter razgled na okolico. Zelo velik plus predstavlja tudi dejstvo, da so hišni ljubljenčki dobrodošli. Naša psička je zelo uživala. Gostiteljica ter njena družina so prijazni, srčni ljudje, vedno pripravljeni pomagati. Zagotovo se še vrnemo. Priporočam vsem, ki si želijo oddiha v mirnem okolju. Hkrati je apartma odlično izhodišče za okoliške kraje, znamenitosti, pohodne poti, skok do morja itd. ☹/

This place felt like paradise to us and we would definitely come back! ☺ Breathtaking views of the enchanting hilly landscape of northern Istria from the apartment and the beautifully maintained natural garden; the tranquillity of the isolated property was soothing and very relaxing; we found the apartment beautifully furnished and equipped with everything we needed; the hosts were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. last but not least: the olive oil from their own production is a delight!

☺We werden goed ontvangen met een drankje. Het zijn echte lieve mensen die het appartement verhuren. Ze wonen in hetzelfde huis en je kon hun alles vragen. Onze labrador was mee. Er is een mooie tuin waar hij kan rondlopen. Maar ze hebben ook een hond en dat klikte niet echt met onze. Maar ze werden gescheiden en hadden van elkaar geen last en zo konden we genieten van dit plekje boven op de berg. Het appartement is praktisch ingericht. ☹Je moet wel steeds via een weg die smal is en je moet de berg op en af. Dus als je op de kaart kijkt lijkt alles dichterbij dan je denkt. Maar dit deel van Istrie is heuvelachtig ....
